1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the ole77 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated system).

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold a single active ole77 account. Ole77 reserves the right to suspend all accounts associated with a player found to be in breach of this rule and to void any balances or winnings generated across those accounts.

3.3 Account Security

3.4 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, ole77 requires all Players to complete KYC identity verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or passport. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Ole77 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from your bank or e-wallet provider. Ole77 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees independently.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your ole77 account. Processing times are as follows:

• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Typically within 5 minutes of approval.

Ole77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal request, particularly where a large or unusual withdrawal pattern is detected. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) procedure.

4.3 Funds Security

Player funds are held in accounts segregated from ole77's operational funds. All transactions are processed over encrypted HTTPS connections using 256-bit SSL technology. Ole77 does not store full bank account numbers, card numbers, or e-wallet credentials on its servers.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Ole77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit the ole77 bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, hedging wagers across accounts, or systematically placing low-variance bets solely to complete wagering requirements — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. Ole77 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings and to suspend or close the account of any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

6. Wagering Rules

6.1 Sportsbook

All sports wagers placed on the ole77 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market as published on the platform. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed odd and the correct odd (due to a technical error or data feed issue), ole77 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Player's account. Live in-play markets may be suspended or voided at ole77's discretion where the integrity of the market cannot be guaranteed.

6.2 Casino Games

7. Prohibited Conduct

Ole77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these prohibitions, to void all pending and settled wagers on that account, and to report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ole77 platform — including but not limited to the ole77 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of ole77 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ole77 platform without prior written permission.

9. Privacy & Data

Ole77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Ole77 does not sell or rent personal data to third parties. 10. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

In all cases where ole77 is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to These Terms

Ole77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ole77 will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the address registered on the Player's account.
